We was welcomed and look after from entry and Caitlyn was our host amongst other staff though out. We was advised on different cocktails and was able to attend to one that my friend asked for that wasn’t on the menu. The food was great quality. Overall very comforting atmosphere and staff were amazing especially Caitlin who regularly checked everything was up to standards post leaving table to exit ! :)
Recently visited venue and was initially made to feel unwelcome from security door man. This is the second time this has happened. Was refused entry prior due to wearing a hoodie. The door man or security seems to judge everyone and refuse business regularly. Tonight we ordered starters only as we didn’t want to be part of the hostile environment and we took our party and business to another local business. The gentleman in question was rude unwelcoming and drove our business to other local establishments. The food and drink was average and the service was below expectations. During January we expected to be welcomed not to mention driving business away during a challenging month for business. Will not be returning
Really great restaurant and bar spot in the heart of Whitefield. Great food, atmosphere and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Perfect for a quiet bite to est in the week and a busy club vibe on a weekend.
Food was poor and service even more so. Waited a ridiculous amount of time as the staff were too busy serving a table with their friends / colleagues on it. Total disregard for other customers. The food was mediocre and well over priced also. Complaint was made to the manager / supervisor whose manne Rin dealing with it was bonkers to say the least, brining a server to put table for us to explain to her ourselves what our complaint was, this despite it having nothing to do with that particular server.
Poor poor poor! Spoilt our pre Xmas evening out and worst still we paid for it.
I’ve moved down to the South and occasionally come back to Radcliffe to visit my family.
When I’m here I always try and find time to pop into Hamilton’s for lunch or dinner. The service and food is first class and always enjoyable.
The chicken kebabs are great value and the homemade hummus is delicious. The staff are very attentive, efficient and friendly.
A lovely warm and stylish restaurant and I look forward to visiting again next time.
Amazing restaurant. The food is outstanding and fantastic value for money. The staff are caring, fun and exceptional. They really go out of their way but in a natural way. Exceptional. Caring. You couldn't ask for more. Any restaurant in the UK and beyond could learn so much from this place. Well done. 5 stars plus. Just wish you were closer to where I live. You'd never get rid of me. BUT I will be back. Superb. Thank you for making my sister's birthday so elegant and special for everyone. Xxx
Just had an amazing roast dinner at Hamilton's, absolutely perfect. Lovely friendly staff especially Steph who was very happy and friendly. Also very informative about your food, special tribute nights etc. We will definitely be coming back soon, and recommending you to friends and family...
Visited this place to celebrate friends' birthday. Tasty food from set menu, amazing atmosphere and live dj which is great plus that you don't have look for club after meal. Definitely highly recommended
